Today I'm going to be cleaning out a dusty old Dell desktop that has been working fine but is being replaced by a new computer. But before I know what to sell to my customers, I need to know how they use their current computer so I can be sure I'm offering them the technology that's best for them! There's no point in selling someone a new PC with expensive technology so they can do the most basic tasks like web browsing and email. My goal is to save them money and have a happy customer who comes back when they need something. This is what separates small repair shops like mine from big box stores. But before it can go on my bench, this PC needs a deep cleaning.
