How I fixed Mi Band to Mi Fit connection error to update again

Here's how I managed to fix Connect To Mi Fit To Update Again on my Mi Band 4 when an update error occurred recently. This can also work for Mi Fit Update connection errors on Mi Band 5.

I was really in panic mode since I just bought this Mi Band 4 two days ago.

I put Mi Band 4 in the charger
Connect it to my Mac via USB
Open the Mi Fit app on my iPhone
He started an update and this time it succeeded
