In this tutorial, I'll show you how to record voice notes on your phone, upload them to Google Drive, Dropbox, or Microsoft OneDrive, automatically transcribe and summarize them, and send them directly to Notion. It's a complete text-to-speech workflow, and once you set it up, it's like you have a superpower.
In addition to your own voice notes, you can also use it for recordings of meetings, lectures, podcasts, etc.
This workflow is a major upgrade from the previous one I launched earlier this year. Now you can simply click on my shared workflow links and Pipedream will completely create the workflow for you. I've written thousands of lines of code that take care of almost everything behind the scenes.
The workflow is now also much more powerful. It can handle much longer files (I tested files up to 4 hours long) and translate notes into multiple languages. You also have much more control over the type of summary you get, as well as its length.
I'm sharing this workflow for free, and setting it up is completely free! The only cost involved is your use of Whisper and ChatGPT, which averages around 0.40 per hour of uploaded audio.
