How Much Coffee is Too Much? | Responding to Your Comments #10

For most of my adult life I’ve had a cup of coffee in the morning. While I may seem like a consistent creature I often change up how I drink my coffee. I’ve had a drip coffee phase (with lots of cream and sugar) and a latte phase (usually with ice). In the summer I’ll sometimes reach for a cup of cold brew (bonus points if it’s topped with frothy cold foam in a fun flavor).
As my tastes change so does the amount of caffeine I consume. That means sometimes I’ll go for a second helping but other times I’m so excited I have to cut myself off.
