In this video, I'll show you how to automatically free up disk space with Windows 10 Storage Sense. The makers of Windows 10 are adding a handy feature that automatically cleans up your temporary files that have been sitting in your Recycle Bin and consuming disk storage for more than a month.
When Storage Sense is enabled, Windows periodically deletes all files in your temporary folders that are not currently in use by applications and all files in your Recycle Bin that are older than 30 days. Storage Sense won't free up as much disk space, so run Disk Cleanup manually to remove additional programs that are no longer needed. If you use such applications that create many temporary files, this option is very useful for you.
