How to save:
Type %AppData%//Microsoft//Sticky Notes in the Start menu search box or run and press Enter.
Copy the StickyNotes. snt in your save folder.
After copying it, if you want to delete your existing Sticky Notes, delete the StickyNotes. sn file.
And, if your question is where are sticky notes stored in Windows 10, then in Windows 10, sticky notes are stored in a single file located deep in user folders. You can manually copy this SQLite database file to keep it in any other folder, drive, or cloud storage service you have access to.
