You can block extensions in Microsoft Edge using Group Policy Editor and Registry Editor. In this video I'm going to show you the one using the Group Policy Editor.

OK, start, type group in the search bar, you will see Edit Group Policy option. Click on it. The Local Group Policy Editor window will open. Double-click Computer Configuration and then the Administrative Templates folder. Here you will see the option /"Windows Components/" Double-click it to expand it. Now scroll down to the Microsoft Edge folder and double-click to expand it.

Here you will have to look for the option /"Allow extension/" and double-click on it. You will see a new Allow Extensions window where there are 3 options Unconfigured, Enabled and Disabled. By default, Not Configured is selected here. We will simply have to select /"Disabled/" and click OK. There you go, you have successfully disabled extensions in Microsoft Edge.
