The first step is to make sure you are signed in to the YouTube Premium account you want to cancel or want to cancel. Click your profile icon image, then select Subscriptions and Memberships. Then simply select the Premium account you wish to cancel and select /"deactivate/". There is now the option to pause the subscription rather than canceling it completely. If this is something you want to do, select pause membership. Otherwise, select continue to cancel.
