How to capitalize the first letter of a sentence in Excel?

In this tutorial, I will show you how to capitalize the first letter only in Excel using Formula. This tutorial is really simple and I'm doing it because one of my subscribers asked me. You can also ask me for a tutorial and I will do my best to answer it.

I am using Microsoft Excel 2010 for this demonstration.
Let's get started

Open the workbook you need to edit. Now just write this formula:

UPPER(LEFT(A1,1))&LOWER(RIGHT(A1,LEN(A1)-1))

In an empty cell and press Enter. Your text will be modified as follows:

/"YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR CAPITAL LETTER USING THIS FORMULA

You can change the capital letters using this formula /"

Only the first letter will be uppercase and the rest will be lowercase.

You can modify any case with this formula. I hope this will be useful.
