How to change folder icons in Windows 7/10/11 #shorts #computer #laptops

Step 1:
Right-click the folder you want to create a shortcut to, and then click Create Shortcut.

2nd step:
Right-click the shortcut you created, click Properties, and then click Change Icon.

Step 3:
Click the icon image you want the shortcut to use, click OK, and then click OK.

Advice:

Take note of the Restore Defaults button on this screen. This is the only easy way to get the original icon back in the future if you need it.
