Use the Home tab
1) Select the cells and click on the Home tab
2) Click increase decimals or decrease decimals in the number group

Method #2
Use format cells
1) Select cells and press Ctrl 1
2) Select the Number category
3) Type the number in the Decipla locations drop-down list

Method #3
Unsing number format shortcut
1) Select cells
2)Press Ctrl Shift 1
