Have you ever needed to change your device's display settings, such as setting a primary display or changing the resolution?

Today we'll go over the options.

The best way to access the display settings is to right-click on the desktop.

It will then open a new window with different options.

You can choose whether you want to duplicate, extend, or display only on specific screens.

If you need to arrange the order of displays and you are not sure which is which, you can select the identity and the display number will appear at the bottom of the screen.

There are a few other options here that you can choose to enable, such as remembering and collapsing window locations when changes are made to monitoring connections.

There are also HDR options if your monitor supports it as well as a night light setting.

Scroll down a bit to find the display scale and resolution settings. If you need to display elements or text in a larger size, you can go to the scaling menu to change it. You can scale up to 500%, but scaling too much can cause display issues. So it is better to keep the number lower.

You will have a slider for different text sizes and can see a preview at the top before applying.

If we go back, you can also choose your resolution, it will recommend the best setting for you. We can also change the orientation of the monitor to suit your office setup.

And that's all!
