To configure the Reservable Bandwidth Limit policy in Windows 10 using the Group Policy Editor, press and hold the Windows logo key, and then press the R key to open the Run command box.

Next, type gpedit.msc in the Run dialog box and press Enter key on the keyboard. This will open the Local Group Policy Editor.

Now expand Computer Configuration

In the right pane of the QoS Packet Scheduler, select the policy titled Limit Reservable Bandwidth and double-click it to open the setting.

Select the Enabled option and change the default bandwidth limit of 80 to a smaller percentage or set it to 0 if you prefer to disable it.

Please note that if you want to restore the default settings, simply select the Disabled option.

Now click on the Apply button.

Then click the OK button.

Finally, restart your computer to apply the changes.
