Here is a guide on how to use Dual Audio mode for Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra. Make sure you have the latest version of Android 10 and the latest One UI version 2 software update.
With these steps, you will be able to connect 2 Bluetooth speakers, 2 Bluetooth earphones/headsets or one speaker and one earphone.
Keep in mind that when you connect two Bluetooth speakers, you won't get stereo sound from a perfectly synchronized Bluetooth speaker.
This also works for Samsung S20 and S20 Plus.
I doubt this will work for mid-range and low-end Samsung phones.
The Bluetooth devices used in this video are Sony SRS-XB21 speaker and Mpow M30 Bluetooth wireless headphones.
