To contact Amazon for help with an order, your account, or other issue, go to Amazon.com and sign in to your account. Then click Account & Lists at the top. Now click on Customer Service. Select something else. Then click I need more help. From there, you can request a phone call from an Amazon representative or click Start Chat Now to get help via online live chat. You will then be connected to an Amazon support representative and can tell them exactly what you need help with, and they will be able to help you.
