How to Convert Excel to PDF on Windows 10 [2 Methods]

To convert Microsoft Excel to PDF on Windows 10, try one of these two easy methods.
Before you begin, configure the page breaks as shown in this video by moving the blue line in “Page Breaks Preview”. Then, to convert these pages to PDF, try one of the following:
Method 1:
Click “File” then “Save As”. Select the location to save, give the new file a name, and in the drop-down list to "Save as type", click "PDF" and then click "Save".

Method 2:
After setting the page breaks, click “Ctrl” “P” to open the print dialog box. There, under the "Printer" heading, set "Microsoft Print to PDF" as the default printer, then tap Print and select the location to save, name the file and tap "Save."
