There are three main situations in which you need to copy one USB drive to another.

Preparations before copying a USB flash drive to another USB flash drive
Reliable disk cloning software.
Insert 2 USB sticks into your computer.
Back up the target USB if data is saved on it.
Step to copy one USB drive to another with EaseUS Disk Copy. The process is also useful for cloning one bootable USB drive to another or for cloning one USB drive to another identical, larger or smaller capacity USB drive.
Step 1. Launch EaseUS Disk Copy and select Disk Mode.
Step 2. Choose the USB source you want to copy and click Next.
Step 3. Select the target USB drive you want to copy to, then click Next.
Step 4. Adjust the disk layout, you can choose between “automatically fit disk, copy as source and change disk layout” according to your preferences, then click Continue.
Step 5. A pop-up window will warn you that the data on the target disk will be erased, click Continue.
Then wait for the cloning process to complete. You will get a new cloned USB drive and all the data from the source USB drive has been transferred to the destination USB drive.
