To start a poll on WhatsApp, open the app and navigate to an existing conversation where you want to start a poll, or start a new one with the people you want to participate in. Then tap the plus sign in the bottom left corner. Select Survey. Now, type the question you want to ask. Below, enter the response options for your survey. You can add up to 12 options. You can change the order of answer options by holding down the three lines to the right of an option and dragging it up or down to the position where you want to move it. If you want to allow participants to select multiple response options, leave Allow Multiple Responses enabled. If you only want them to select one, tap the switch to turn this feature off. When you're ready, tap Send to send your survey to your WhatsApp chat. Participants can tap an answer option to select it, and everyone will be able to see the results.
