* Download Windows 11 ISO file:

1- Download Windows11: https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows11
You will now have the latest Windows 11 ISO image file saved in your folder, which can be used for virtual machines or to create bootable media.

* Create bootable Windows 11 USB drive

1- Download Rufus from the Rufus website: https://rufus.ie/
2- In the /"Device/" section, select the USB key.
3- In the section /"Startup selection/". Click the Select button to select the Windows 11 ISO file from the folder location.
4- In the /"Image option/" section, if your PC meets the minimum system requirements, you can select /"Installation of Windows 11 with TPM 2 point 0 secure boot/".
otherwise, if your PC does not meet the minimum requirements, select /"installation of Windows 11 without TPM and without secure boot/".
or if you want to run Windows from this drive, you can select /"Windows To Go/".
5- Depending on your BIOS mode, under the Partition Scheme label, select MBR, if you have a BIOS system or GPT if you have a UEFI system.
6- Click Start to create the bootable USB key.
