Unfortunately, there's no big "delete" button. However, if you are the business owner who received a review that violates Google's content policy, there are several ways you can remove the review.
How to Remove Google Reviews on Android
Open the Google Maps app on your Android device.
Click on your profile picture at the top right and navigate to your business profile.
Tap “Reviews”.
Find the review you want to report.
Click “Report a Review”.
How to delete Google reviews on iPhone and iPad:
