In this video, I show you how to use a built-in Windows utility called Diskpart to delete protected partitions on a hard drive – partitions that cannot be deleted from the Windows Disk Management utility. I'm using Windows 10 in this video, but Diskpart was also available in previous versions. If you have multiple disks on your computer, make absolutely sure you select the correct disk before you start deleting partitions!

If you just want to wipe the entire disk at once (including GPT/MBR partition style), you can use the /"clean/" command at 2:27. Otherwise, follow the video to delete individual partitions.
