To do this, we use a free Android app that disables Google Chrome's private browsing mode on your phone. You can download this app from Google Play Store and configure it to turn off private browsing mode.
Setup is a short, simple, and one-time process. When you open this app, you will get an “Open Settings” button. Just press this button which takes you to the notification access settings. In the notification access settings, allow this app to access notifications by turning on the toggle, and you're all set. Now whenever someone tries to open incognito mode in Google Chrome, it will not open.
