The only problem is that while you can use the Settings app on Windows 11 to manage network settings, Settings doesn't include an option to enable or disable network adapters. Here's how to do it.

An Ethernet adapter is a hardware device that allows connectivity to wired network devices. If your computer previously used a wireless connection, someone may have disabled the Ethernet adapter in Windows. There are two different methods to disable an Ethernet adapter in Windows. The first method is to disable it through the Network Connections component. If the device is missing from this component, it is likely that it was disabled via Windows Device Manager.

This tutorial will apply to computers, laptops, desktops and tablets running Windows 11 (Home, Pro, Enterprise, Education) operating system from all supported hardware manufacturers, such as Dell, HP, Acer , Asus, Toshiba, Lenovo and Samsung.
