There are two methods in Windows to enable or disable the secure sign-in feature. The first option is to use either the NETPLWIZ or CONTROL USERPASSWORDS2 command.
The second option is to use the Group Policy Editor from where you can configure security settings to enable and disable the Secure Login feature.
