VirtualBox allows you to copy files between your guest virtual machine and your host computer after enabling the Shared Folders feature using a mapped drive type method. You can also enable Drag and Drop functionality at the same time, which will allow you to drag and drop files from your host to your guest and vice versa.

To enable shared folders, you will need to install the VirtualBox Guest Additions on your VM. You can find instructions on how to do this here.
