1. Hold down the power button for 10-15 seconds until the device status light starts flashing red and green. Hold down the power button until the light starts flashing green. Once it flashes green, you can release the power button. The device has been factory reset and is ready to be reconfigured on the Amazon Alexa app.
2. Download and install the Amazon Alexa app and create an account if you haven't already. Open the Amazon Alexa app and follow the instructions to add a device to the Alexa app.
