In this video we teach you how to reset HomePod Mini.
To reset HomePod Mini:
1. Unplug the device for 10 seconds
2. Plug in the device and after 5 seconds, press the top center of the device where the capacitive touch buttons are located. Press the center of the volume touch buttons, where the unmarked (pause/play) button is on HomePod Mini. Maintain pressure and don't let go of your finger.
3. The top of the device will light red, confirming that you are resetting HomePod Mini. Hold the button down, don't let go.
4. The device will then speak to you to let you know that it is resetting. Once you hear 3 beeps, you can remove your finger from the device and it will continue to reset. It takes about a minute for the device to complete the reset process.
5. The top of the device will then light up and once the devices "beep/" and the device changes from the rotating lights on the top screen to a pulsing light, the HomePod will factory reset Mini is finished.
6. Once HomePod Mini is finished resetting, you can set it to a new iPhone or donate the device with your personal information removed.
