HOW TO FILM AND ADD POWER OVERLAYS!!

I love filming the videos and I know many also want to know how to do it on your rides, so here's how I do it.

You will need:
Power meter.
GoPro or similar camera to record.
A fast companion or motor stimulator.
Garmin Virb software (it's free).
Patience.
