How to Find and Stop Active Apps Running in the Background on Android 13 Phones

Today I'm going to show you how to identify and stop active applications running in the background and consuming
your battery on Android 13 phones.
So to do this, scroll down from the top of the screen to open your Quick Settings tiles
At the bottom of the screen, you will see a notification showing your active apps.
Tap it.
As you can see, I have 2 active applications. GT FIT Pro and AZ Screen Recorder
I don't actively use GT FIT PRO. So I'm going to turn it off to save my battery.
I'm going to keep my screen recording app running though since I'm actively using it.
