In this tutorial, we'll guide you through step-by-step instructions for locating and managing your downloaded files. From Safari downloads to your email attachments, we'll show you the quickest and easiest ways to access your files right from your device.

Find downloads on iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro:

METHOD 1 – USE THE FILES APPLICATION

The Files app is a powerful tool for managing all types of files on your iPhone:

Step 1: Locate the Files app on your home screen (it has a blue folder icon) and tap it.

Step 2: To access recent downloads, tap the /"Recents/" tab.

Step 3: To view older downloads, go to the "Browse" tab and select "On My iPhone" or "iCloud Drive". Tap the /"Downloads/" folder to access your downloaded files.

METHOD 2 – USE GOOGLE CHROME

To find downloads, you can also navigate to the app you used to download the files. For example, if you used Google Chrome:

Step 1: Open Google Chrome.

Step 2: Tap the 3-dot menu at the bottom left corner of the Chrome page.

Step 3: From the context menu, navigate to the /"Downloads/" tab.

You should see your downloads and where they were saved. Now you can easily access it.

METHOD 3 – FIND SAFARI DOWNLOADS

Safari is the default web browser on iPhones and is where most of our downloads come from. Follow these steps to access your downloads:

Step 1: Tap the Safari icon on your Home screen to open it.

Step 2: Tap the download icon (a small downward-pointing arrow) located at the top right or bottom center of the screen. Here you will find a list of your recent downloads.

Step 3: You can now view and interact with your downloaded files. Tapping on a file will open it using the corresponding app.

To check the download destination for Safari, go to the Settings app. Next, scroll down to the /"Safari/" option.
