How to Find WiFi Password on iPhone with iOS 16
In this video we will see how you can now easily find and view your WiFi password on an iPhone.
If you are currently connected to your WiFi and maybe someone else needs to connect or you need to connect another device, but you can't remember your password, you can now Easily view saved password in WiFi settings.
But before you start, you need to be updated to the latest version of iOS, iOS 16. To check your iOS version, simply go to the Settings app. Inside here, scroll down and tap General, then Software Update. If you haven't updated yet, you can start the process here.
Once you are on iOS 16, let's see how to find your saved WiFi password.
First, open the Settings app.
Next, make sure your WiFi is turned on and you are connected to the network you want to get the password for. Do this by tapping WiFi and connecting to the desired network.
To the right of the WiFi network name, tap the i or info icon.
Now inside here you will see the password, and on the right it will be hidden. Tap the hidden text and unlock your device with Face or Touch ID. It will then display your WiFi password.
You can then copy your password, share it, or enter it on the new device you want to connect.
When you're done, you can close the Settings app.
