How to Fix Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max Volume Up/Down Button and Silent Switch Not Working.
We are testing the iPhone 11 Pro Max and its volume buttons and mute button are not working. Our first thought is that the volume flex cable has become loose, so we disconnect the display and tighten the cable. This doesn't solve the problem.
We then conclude that the volume layer has been damaged. We replace it with a new one. Since the volume flex cable has been integrated with the wireless charging coil, so we replace the wireless charging coil at the same time. Problem solved!
