How to Fix Black Screen and Refresh Rate Issue
This video will show you how to fix monitor refresh rate issue, monitor cannot support the refresh rate produced by the GPU. This tutorial will show you how to fix it
The GPU I'm using in this tutorial is GTX 780
This only happens with Asus GPU Tweak 2.6.9.0, newer version will not have this problem.
If you simply set a high refresh rate without changing the target frame rate per second, the GPU will recover by simply restarting the CPU.
