4. Double-tap the OverridePhysicalMemoryMB file and you will have the option to change the DWORD value.
5. Now check the Hexadecimal in the Base option and enter the value 4000 (10001 GB).
6. Click OK to save the change, and then close the Windows Registry dialog box. After that, restart your computer.
7. Try opening your photo in Photoshop and check whether the file format module cannot parse file error is resolved or not.
