FAQ:
Q: The diagnostic scan indicates that my hard drive is working properly, but none of the steps worked and the new installation fails.
A: If the diagnostic test says your hard drive is good but the new install does not complete, maybe the hard drive is bad after all 🙁 I would then replace the hard drive and install it on the new one .

Q: The diagnostic test shows "NA" or indicates that my hard drive is not installed.
A: If the test cannot be run because the hard drive is not visible, it may be loose. Try “reinstalling” it as shown in the video and run the scan again. If the scan comes back the same, then I would try replacing the hard drive.
