BSOD (Blue Screen of Death) is the most common error on Windows 10/11 which indicates a system crash, in which the operating system has reached a crucial condition where it can no longer operate safely and Windows cannot handle or resolve automatically.

The DMA violation BSOD error, triggered by Driver Verifier Manager on Windows, indicates a conflict or malfunction in the direct memory access (DMA) process. This error usually occurs when a device driver attempts to access incorrect memory addresses, leading to system instability and possible crash.

Method 1: Disable Driver Verifier
1. Type Verifier in the search bar and select the one designated “Run Command”.
2. Click Run as administrator to launch it.
3. In the next window, select the Delete existing settings option and click Finish.
4. Restart your system to check if this fixed the BSoD.

Method 2:
1. Press WIN R to launch Run.
2. Type CMD and press CTRL SHIFT ENTER to launch it as administrator.
3. Type Verifier /reset and press ENTER.
4. Once the process is complete, close the terminal and restart your computer to check if this has resolved your issue.
