The EA anti-cheat system must first be uninstalled before being reinstalled. You can achieve this by following the actions listed below.

Go to the following address on your system: Steamlibrary next steamapps next common next FIFA 23 next _Installer-EAAntiCheat
Open the EA Anti-Cheat file that you will encounter there
Once finished, select FIFA 23 and uninstall it
Reinstall the anti-cheat system in the same place and restart your system
2-Run Steam or Origin as administrator
Make sure to run FIFA 23 as administrator, whether you're running it on Origin or Steam. Simply right-click the application and choose "Run as administrator" to do so.
