Although this is a common mistake, it has no reason behind it. There are several things you can try to get rid of it and restart Windows. Follow these steps in order (they are listed here for ease of use) and restart after each one to check if the operation was successful.

1- Restart the computer.

2- Undo all recent changes made to the computer.

3- Using System Restore.

4- Update any missing or outdated drivers.

5- Select Troubleshoot from the ASO menu and go to advanced Startup Repair options.

6- If Startup Repair didn't work, try troubleshooting advanced system image recovery options.

7- The Advanced Boot Options menu also allows you to access the Command Prompt. Access the Advanced Troubleshooting Options command prompt, and then do the following:

Change the working directory to the Windows folder by typing c: followed by typing.
Type dir and make sure you see some Windows folders. Otherwise, try d: then dir again and check that folder.

The dir command results in a command prompt

Once you are working on the correct drive, run the chkdsk command by typing chkdsk /r.

8- Boot into BIOS and change the SATA mode setting to IDE or AHCI (whichever is not currently the case).

9- Use Command Prompt to restore some registry files from a backup.

Backup of five items:

Start in the ASO menu if you are not already there.
Go to the advanced troubleshooting options command prompt.
Log in to the local user account if prompted.
Enter c: or d:, depending on the drive letter assigned to Windows. If you are unsure, see step 7 above.
Enter this: cd windows//system32//config/egback
Enter dir and confirm that the listed items do not have a null value. If they have a zero value, skip these steps completely and move on to step 8 below.
Enter cd.. to return to the /"config/" folder.

Save these five items by renaming them.

ren default default.old
ren sat sat old
ren security security.old
ren software software.old
system ren system.old

Copy the oldest

Now that the originals have been isolated, we can restore some older backups to see if that fixes the error:

Return to folder /"regback/": cd regback
Copy all data from /"regback/" to /"config/" (use a space before the first asterisk and after the second): copy *.* ..
When you see the 5 files copied message, exit Command Prompt.
From the ASO menu, choose Continue to attempt to start Windows 10.

10-Your last option is to reset Windows 11
