How to Fix App Not Opening on MacOS
Example command line:
sudo codedesign –force –deep –sign – /Applications/*.app
for example keynote.app (Apple Keynote)
sudo codesign –force –deep –sign – /Applications/keynote.app
Advice:
If the code sign is running but appears, /"… unsealed content present in the root directory of…/"

If you can change the signature to Terminal and the app still crashes, just delete the app with appcleaner (it's free to download), then reinstall this app from the App Store.
If you are unable to replace the application signature, you have an invalid command line. Find the correct command line for the particular application.
(Optional: Find more information about the error report and find a solution to the listed issues)
In my case, every app works fine before reinstalling MacOS (when I change new hard drive), but after reinstall, every app in App Store crashed (Garage Band, iMovie, VLC…)
I use the method in the video and everything works now.
