Make sure to close all Microsoft Office applications, Teams and Word Excel. Before troubleshooting
Go to your AppData folder and navigate to Microsoft (C://Users*yourusername*//AppData//Local//Microsoft)

The AppData folder contains custom settings and some information needed by applications

Sign out of the Office account and not the Outlook or Microsoft Office account
Log out of the Windows email account (Go to the settings window, click on /"Accounts/
