How to Fix Missing Volume/Sound Icon from Taskbar in Windows 10 [2 Fixes]

To fix volume icon/sound icon missing from Windows 10 taskbar, try the following methods:
Method 1:
Open Windows Settings then click “Personalization”. In the next window, click “Taskbar” in the left pane. Then, on the right side, locate the “Turn system icons on or off” link. In the next window, activate the “Volume” icon. If it is already enabled, go back to the previous window and now click on the “Select the icons that appear in the taskbar” link. In the next window, activate the “Volume” icon.

Method 2:
To do this, right-click on the taskbar and then click “Task Manager”. You can open Task Manager by clicking “Ctrl”, “Alt” “Delete” keys at the same time.
In the “Task Manager Window”, locate the process named “Windows Explorer”. Right-click on “Windows Explorer” then click “Restart”. Now you've done it..!
