How to Fix Shutdown Freeze Issue in Ubuntu Linux
In this problem, Ubuntu system hangs during shutdown.
Ubuntu cannot be stopped. In order to resolve this issue, update the grub to
opening the terminal, then
type sudo gedit /etc/default/grub/
and just change the file attribute to acpi force and
save it.
then update the grub by
sudo update-grub
