How to fix Twitch.tv lag in 1080p (Google Chrome)? [Quick and Easy Steps]

Are you having issues with Twitch? Does it lag at 1080p?
Try this one, as Adobe is notorious for slowing things down.
This helped me, I hope it helps you too.

Steps: 1. Open Chrome and type chrome://plugins
2. Click the small button in the upper right corner of the page
3. And turn off as seen in the video.
Additional: you can try to do it with the other one below that PPAPI (NPAPI). If that doesn't do anything, maybe your internet connection sucks. All I can say is move to Sweden then.
