How to Fix User Profile Cannot Be Loaded. The User Profile Service service failed during login.

I will show you step by step….Follow me

Process:

1. Restart your computer
2. Press /"F8/" for Safe Mode
3. Safe Mode with Networking

After restarting the computer
4. Go to the Start icon
5. write /"regedit/" in the search box
6. Right-click Regedit and click /"Run as administrator/"
7. Click /"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/"
8. Click /"Software/"
9. Click /"Microsoft/"
10. Click /"Windows NT/"
11. Click /"Current version/"
12. Click /"Profile List/"

Here two file names are same but the extension name is different. swap the file name. Upper backrest extension. bak and blank lower extension.

13. click on the bottom folder and select /"State/".
in the right panel and click /"right/"
14. Click /"Edit/"
15. Change the value 8000 to 0
16. Click on RefCount and set the value to 0

Finally restart your computer
