Windows Error Reporting Event ID 1001 is the problem with application crashes and errors. The error is logged by the Windows error reporting framework in the event log. Various issues such as blue screen errors can cause this. It can also be caused by faulty applications or files.

This is an issue that may be caused by high system resource usage or conflicting applications. Antivirus software may interfere with other programs or malware remnants may cause system file corruption and system security and performance issues.

Commands used in this tutorial:
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
sfc/scannow

Run an SFC scan:
1.Type cmd in Windows search.
2. Right-click the Command Prompt result and select Run as administrator.
3. Paste the following command into the new window: sfc /scannow.
4. Press Enter and wait for the scan to complete.
5. You can also run this set of commands.
6. Press Enter after each: DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth.
