How to Fix Windows Installer and Windows Updates

Follow these steps to hopefully free your PC from component errors! For me at least, this method fixed the problem I was having of not being able to check for Windows updates and saying: /"Windows installer is not installed correctly/".

Cmd command: sfc /scannow
