1. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to open the App Switcher.
2. Find the app you want to force stop by swiping left or right.
3. Swipe up on the app preview to close it.
4. You can also force stop an app by going to the Settings app, selecting /"General/", then /"iPhone Storage." Find the app you want to force stop and tap it . Then tap /"Unload app/" or /"Delete app/" to completely remove it from your device.
Force stopping an app is useful when an app becomes unresponsive or crashes. However, be aware that force stopping an application may cause data loss or other issues, so it should only be used as a last resort.
