How to give sudo access to a user on Linux?

This is a quick tutorial for Linux users to grant sudo access on Linux. This has been tested on the RedHat environment and it is quite simple for root users to grant sudo access. Sudo access allows normal users and gives them the power to use commands reserved for root users.
