The Hidden Album feature is perfect for stepping up the privacy game on your iPhone. It's simple to use, but it differs depending on your iOS version.
️To hide photos on iOS 16 and later:
Select a photo in the Photos app – tap the circled three-dot menu – tap Hide – tap Hide in the confirmation dialog.
️For iOS 15 and earlier, you do this slightly differently:
Tap the photo you want to hide in the Photos app – tap the Action icon – swipe up on the list of options and tap Hide – tap Hide Photo on the confirmation screen.
To view hidden photos, simply scroll to the Hidden album in the Photos app and unlock it using Face ID, Touch ID, or your password.
