Hide “Reply with Message” on your iPhone lock screen:
Step 1: To start customizing the Reply with Message feature, locate and tap the Settings app on your iPhone's Home screen. The Settings app icon looks like a gear.
Step 2: In the Settings app, scroll down and tap /"Face ID & Passcode/" or /"Touch ID & Passcode," depending on the authentication method you're using. Authenticate using your password, Face ID, or Touch ID.
Step 3: Once you are in the Face ID & Passcode or Touch ID & Passcode settings, scroll down until you find the section / “Allow access when lockdown / ".
Step 4: In this section, you will find an option called "Reply with a message." By default, this option is enabled. To hide the “Reply with Message” feature on your lock screen, simply toggle the switch next to it to the /“Off/” position.
Step 6: To make sure the changes take effect, lock your iPhone and when you receive a call, check the lock screen and you will notice that the “Reply with message” option is no longer visible.
